The Drexel Dragons claimed the 2013 Postseason WNIT Championship in front of their home crowd, defeating the Utah Utes 46-43. Trailing 43-42 with less than a minute remaining, Drexel’s Hollie Mershon made a layup for the go-ahead bucket. Mershon then capitalized on two free throws in the final seconds to seal the win for the Dragons.
