CBS Sports Network will televise the championship game of the Preseason Women’s National Invitation Tournament live and in HD on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. ET, with Thad Anderson (play-by-play) and Curt Miller (analyst) calling the game.
Miller spent 13 years as an NCAA DI head coach compiling a 290-124 overall record and earning six conference Coach of the Year awards. Miller is currently an assistant coach for the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks. Anderson has called play-by-play for the WNIT since 2007 and currently calls games for ESPN, CBS Sports Network, and the Pac 12 Network.

Mississippi State claimed the 2014 Preseason WNIT Championship in front of its home crowd, defeating Western Kentucky 88-77. The Bulldogs used a late second-half rally after trailing 61-52 with 13 minutes remaining to win the title. Western Kentucky was the first mid-major program to reach the Preseason WNIT championship game since Louisiana Tech in 2000.
